Back 2 Basics asked:
and let him know that he is still drinking and driving. It’s his second DUI and on top of that both time he was involved in accident while drunk. He is still drinking and I don’t know what else to do.

You can call, but it won’t change anything.
No. Do not call the judge because that would actually be illegal. You could contact the DA’s office, but they are usually so busy they may just ignore you. I suggest you contact the folks at Al-Anon and ask their advice. They’ve all had to deal with those problems and might have some good suggestions. Good luck!!
Definitely do not call the judge! That’s a no-no. I think it would be best to contact an outside source for some sort of intervention. I’m sure if someone doesn’t intervene soon, the law will, and he’ll be spending some significant time in prison. Seek some advice from your local AA chapters or Al-Anon, and see if they can’t point you in the right direction.
Here are some things to know
if you are under age and living with your dad then by you reporting this to the judge will likely result in child protective services being involved.
I am not at all saying that this would be bad but you also need to know that if you have younger siblings that they may be placed in a foster home and or group home. Again… may not be bad but you absolutely need to research the Child protection services in your area as well as a web site, fightcps.com.
often when kids are taken they are placed in a even more dangerous situation, we need cps but we need reform!
If it were my father I would be terrified he would kill someone else or himself and we all know what kind of consequences that would bring on not only your father but on the families of anyone involved.
I am what cops call a big mouth, I fight wrong doing and bring lies to the light to expose them for what they are but what most people ( cops) don’t know or care to know about me is that I am also a huge advocate for safe streets. My children are at risk of the criminal behavior of some and if a drunk driver hurt or God forbid killed one of my kids I would be the first to investigate anyone who might have been aware of that persons history but did nothing or not enough.
I am not vindictive though and if I saw that a daughter had tried everything from intervention to sending her dad whom she loves to jail then I would feel at least a little better and would not be looking to sue anyone.
My point in all this is to get you to understand that there are things you can do, and yes writing to the judge and prosecuter is one of them but it is very important to understand that addiction is a disease.
Something is wrong with your dad, something inside of him that he may not even understand.
I would start by an intervention, you don’t need a bunch of people like you see on T.V. to do this.
You can start by calling detox and rehab centers, if he has health insurance then he goes to a private facility if he doesn’t then he goes to a public one.
Going to a rehab will only help his up coming court case so tell him that and give him the information of the facilities then if agrees to go hold his hand a be a part of his recovery, he will need you!
If he refuses then get tough and tell him that if he doesn’t agreeto get help, even if it’s detox if he needs detox and/or out patient treatment that you will take further action and leave it at that.
Let him stew in it for a day or two and it’s very important that you do not lose your temper, just be very calm and to the point.
Everyone has a past and everyone makes mistakes so forgivness is appropriate but firmness is very crucial.
Google alcohol abuse and educate yourself so you have understanding and ammo.
people use their jobs as an excuse to not go to treatment but most states have something in place to protect people from being fired for seeking medical treatment and for the ones that don’t usually a persons employer is more than happy to see an employee get the help required so they don’t spend years in jail.
Call Al Anon and get some advice from them so you have all your ducks in a row before you approach him, that way he has no way out but to get help.
You are right to be concerned and thank you for helping to make the roads safer for all of us!
